Some women develop pelvic pain in pregnancy. Just because you’re pregnant or “have been” pregnant doesn't mean you have to put up with a backache, pelvic girdle pain, or other pregnancy-related problems. Pelvic girdle pain (PGP) or symphysis pubis dysfunction (SPD) is a collection of uncomfortable symptoms caused by a stiffness of your pelvic joints or the joints moving unevenly at either the back or front of your pelvis.
If this pain doesn’t settle after 3-10days then seek our help. We offer a top to toe assessment for pre- & post-natal Mum’s, we check your muscles, bones, and posture and we will guide you on self-treatments and self-management at home.
